    5. Premium Subscriptions

    Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

    6. AI-Generated Content

    The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, answers, and caricature images. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only. Silly QA does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.

    7. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
    • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
    • Post spam, malware, or deceptive content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
    • Scrape or collect user data without permission
    • Circumvent rate limits or access controls

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Platform, its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Silly QA. AI-generated caricatures created through the Platform may be used by premium subscribers for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Silly QA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

    10. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
